What is the cost of Shipping?
In the UK shipping is free for orders £50 and over! orders below this amount are £3.99.
How Long does shipping take?
In the UK orders take 1-3 days via a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number.
For International orders this will take 3-5 days excluding any customs delays.

What are your shipping destinations?
We do ship internationally so please select your country in the shipping options. Please note shipping times may take longer and taxes and duties will be paid locally.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an email from us informing you of your shipment and providing a tracking number so please also check your junk folder. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us sales@flatcapdrinks.com

Age Restriction
What is the Age restriction and how do you check?
We abide by the Licensing Act of 2003 and therefore customers must be 18 or over to purchase from our website. We ask you when entering the website to verify your age and we also use an age checking software to confirm. If we cannot verify we will contact you to prove your age, you may also be asked for proof of age on deliveries.
Rum Products
Which Rum do you reccomend?
We cannot reccomend any particular Rum we make as we love them all! if you are unsure you can purchase a mini pack of 3 20CL bottles to try and share!.
What is the percentage of alcohol in your Rum?
The ABV is 40% in all our products.
What are the bottle sizes?
Our bottle sizes are 70CL and 20CL.
